On March 25, 2026, Unified filed an ex parte reexamination proceeding against U.S. Patent 8,315,769, owned and asserted by Vision Works IP Corp., an NPE. The ’769 patent generally relates to changing suspension characteristics of a moving vehicle in response to lateral acceleration.
