The team at Unified IP Services used Pearl to successfully identify and chart prior art against U.S. Patent 11,664,123, owned by iScan2D Technologies, LLC. The ‘123 patent is broadly directed to wirelessly pairing a “wearable activity device” and a “mobile device” with at least one “camera sensor” via a “color coded digital scannable media”. The patent has been asserted against Apple.
The prior art was found and charted by Alejandro Borge and Oscar Jarquin of Unified IP Services and Elaine Chow of Unified Patents.
