The team at Unified IP Services used Pearl to successfully identify and chart prior art against U.S. Patent RE47612, owned by NovaCloud Licensing LLC, an NPE. The ‘612 patent generally relate to a streaming server and a method for providing a content stream with advertisements embedded therein through a network to a client. The patent have been asserted against Amazon and Charter Communications.
The prior art was found and charted by Alejandro Borge and Oscar Jarquin of Unified IP Services and Elaine Chow of Unified Patents.
