EasyWeb authorization patent prior art found

The team at Unified IP Services used Pearl to successfully identify and chart prior art against U.S. Patent 10,114,905, owned by EasyWeb Innovations, LLC, an NPE. The ‘905 patent generally relates to an innovative system and method for enabling electronic message publication to a wide audience via the internet, overcoming limitations of traditional broadcasting methods. The patent is currently asserted against Action Verb, PocketSmith, ContactOffice Group, BuiltWith Pty, Fastmail, X Corp., and SocketLabs.

Another Atlas Global Wi-Fi patent challenged

On December 22, 2025, Unified filed an ex parte reexamination proceeding against U.S. Patent 10,348,471, owned and asserted by Atlas Global Technologies, LLC, an NPE and Acacia Research entity. The ‘471 patent is generally directed to Wi-Fi apparatuses and methods for indicating the use of and providing information for a central resource unit (RU) when using channel bandwidths where the central RU is available for allocation (e.g., bandwidths of 80 MHz or greater). The patent is currently being asserted against HPE, accusing Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard features.

The team at Unified IP Services is using Pearl to identify and chart prior art against U.S. Patent 11,474,769, owned by App-Pop-Up Incorporated. The ‘769 patent describes a system and method for simultaneously displaying multiple graphical user interfaces (GUIs) on the same screen. The invention leverages various user identification techniques and permits users to control and customize their viewing experience according to personal preferences.

The team at Unified IP Services is using Pearl to identify and chart prior art against U.S. Patent 10,374,803, owned by StealthPath IP Inc. The ‘803 patent generally relates to a network security method involving a specialized software that authenticates and authorizes devices, applications, users, and data protocols by leveraging nonpublic identification codes. The patent is currently asserted against Fortinet and Zscaler.

More Bunker Hill EV patents prior art found

Unified Patents, through its subsidiary Unified IP Services, plans to release charted prior art on Bunker Hill patents weekly until its assertion of invalid patents ceases. Unified IP Services has released several charts within the last few weeks:

Unified’s IP Services using Pearl successfully identified and charted prior art against patents owned by Bunker Hill, an NPE and entity of Dominion Harbor Enterprises. U.S. Patent 9,821,668 generally focuses on optimizing the total recharge time for energy storage devices in electric vehicles (EVs). U.S. Patent 9,975,439 generally uses a bi-directional buck/boost converter, the system adeptly manages energy transfer between a vehicle battery and an external source or an electric motor. U.S. Patent 10,291,158 generally manages power flow between the motors and the ESS, enabling different modes of operation such as driving the vehicle with both motors, using one motor to drive and the other as a generator, and managing energy storage with batteries and ultracapacitors. U.S. Patent 10,374,529 generally integrates an energy storage system (ESS), a power conversion system, and two motor/generators, each connected to a transmission or power split device. U.S. Patent 10,604,023 generally relates to a traction system for electric or hybrid vehicles, incorporating a voltage inverter, motor drive circuit, and a bi-directional buck/boost converter to manage power between a battery and an external energy source.
