Unified Patents added four new PATROLL contests, each with a $2,000 cash prize, seeking prior art on the list below. The patents are owned by Gaea LLC, an NPE. The patents relate to storage devices with controller and memory that enforce storage policies for content handling. They have been asserted against Samsung and Meta.

The contests will expire on June 1, 2026. Please visit PATROLL for more information and to submit an entry for these contests. PATROLL researchers are required to use Pearl to generate claim charts. Submitted invalidity charts must address every limitation of the challenged claim. This may require using more than one prior art reference.
