On January 11, 2016, Unified Patents Inc. petitioned for inter partes review (IPR) of U.S. Patent 7,173,651, owned and asserted by FO2GO LLC. FO2GO has filed fifteen cases in the District of Delaware, asserting one patent with five claims. FO2GO claims its patents cover digital photo cloud storage applications, among other things. Unified independently petitioned for IPR challenging claims 1-5.
